According to data from the National Science Foundation, women gentle up privileged 24 percent of jobs in business or STEM fields, whilst African-Americans and Latinos imperial up fair 3 percent. Back in the 1980s at MIT, the difference was equal further pronounced. MIT professor and nanotechnology researcher Paula Hammond reflects on her archeozoic years in the sciences.
