Marian's Song Marian (my grandmother) is playing a song she wrote on the piano; I'm accompanying her on violin. The reason I like this recording is that it was an authentic moment between us years ago (I think about 10 years ago) - we hadn't practiced this song together; she wanted to see what it would be like with violin added in. So this is (very obviously when you hear it) rough and full of my mistakes. I miss my grandmother all the time and having a recording of her playing the piano is so comforting.
