I love this philosophical song from the film Teesri Kasam (1966). Not only was this film produced by Shailendra but also these lyrics were written by him. All the songs of this movie were super hit. The sad memory is: Shailendra invested heavily in the production of the movie Teesri Kasam (1966), starring Raj Kapoor and Waheeda Rehman. The film won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film. However, the film was a commercial failure. The falling health resulting from tensions associated with film production and anxiety due to financial loss, coupled with alcohol abuse, ultimately led to his death.
